Ripe bright yellow lemon! It looks nice, but what's the point if it doesn't work? I read a review from another buyer with the same problem, a very defective product - hit or miss, working or not. The arm didn't balance no matter what I did. I watched the video, I even called Fluance support and the guy walked me through the steps with the same result, he couldn't balance. Not only that, he asked for my cell phone number, then put me on hold, never picked up the phone again, and when I called back he checked my number and didn't answer. Ha! Dirty trick! Save money, headaches and wasted time unless you get lucky with what works. Never again for me with this brand.
