The tool has helped us eliminate manual transcription errors, which was one of our biggest pain points in business to customer communication. We had been using an older version for years but it didn't have all features we needed so when they released this new product I decided to give them another try with their free trial offer at first before making any decision about long term contract or not. It's easy enough even without IT knowledge if you know how do use your computer (like me). They are constantly improving their service as well by adding more tools like AI powered call recording etc. Nothing really comes out negative except maybe sometimes there may be some delay from time-to-time while doing something heavy such as transcribing large file size files since my PC doesn’t handle multitasking very good. If anyone needs help setting up then definitely contact support team because after few days experience myself i realized most.
