Sage Intacct is great front office software

The platform allows you to manage your business's call centers in one place, with end-to-end visibility across all channels of contact management including IVR/IVC self service options for customers as well as agent handling via phone or chat interface - so it covers everything! Their support team are very helpful when needed but also listen intently without being overly pushy about getting our needs met right away (we've had this experience elsewhere). At times I think they could be more…

Pros
  • It's easy to access all of the information that you need and the system is intuitive to use just log in and start working!
Cons
  • There isn't a lot of information (for us) on the documentation site although there is a forum and a community forum at least the support team can answer questions on request and provide additional help via there too

Excellent Business Communication Tool

The tool has helped us eliminate manual transcription errors, which was one of our biggest pain points in business to customer communication. We had been using an older version for years but it didn't have all features we needed so when they released this new product I decided to give them another try with their free trial offer at first before making any decision about long term contract or not. It's easy enough even without IT knowledge if you know how do use your computer (like me). They are

  • Easy interface
  • Great audio quality no dropouts/distortion
  • Very little background noise during calls especially compared what other services can provide.
  • No issues transferring voice over IP line into phone system via 3rd party dialer software provided

Efficient Calling System - Multiple companies/contacts

The ability to manage multiple calls without having to jump back into each call, being able to have all of my contacts in one place for quick access when needed, I can easily refer them with just 1 click! Sometimes it takes time before they are updated but other than this no issues so far. It's easy to use as well which makes things easier.
