The quality of this sweatshirt is quite good and I like its design. It has an overall "tactical" feel. The extended ponytail is a lovely addition and I love how it zips up to cover the neck. But the flash actually made it unusable for me. The zipper area is a rigid neoprene material. I'm sure it helps make it waterproof, but it makes the front of the hoodie very stiff and feels weird when you fold it over. I felt uncomfortable in a sweatshirt so I went back.
