It's tight on my review.
Follow the size chart, these are small but that's what I wanted. It's solid elastic I believe, only used a few times so far. I love the three rows of eyelets. It was long enough for me. Depending on the fit you desire of course, expect to order at least 2 sizes up from your normal size I'd say. I ordered a different one, same company, this one was smaller.
