This scratching post is nice and big. I actually wanted it to be big so my cat would use it instead of our fridge to jump into the ceiling cutouts. They haven't used it much, but I honestly think it's because they're very attached to their old, shabby one. It was very easy to assemble. it's strong It is stable and also has a wall mount. A small hammock can be adjusted inwards or outwards depending on where you place it. My cats are getting a bit old so they can't find a way to get into the hammock. This is a really great scratching post! When my cats stop using it some rescuers will LOVE it!
