I work in the airline industry so I thought this would be the perfect travel idea. Shortly after I received the product, the manufacturer emailed me with troubleshooting tips. Of course, when I first assembled it, it didn't work because the wick wasn't touching the moisture connector. I ended up wearing out the wick and had to trim it to get it fully in place and it worked great all night. On the next trip of the week I set it up and after disconnecting 2 times it finally worked. After about 20 minutes, it lights up for about 30 seconds and turns off. He did this every few minutes and woke me up. no unplugging or pressing the power button would stop this, so I unplugged it to go to sleep. The next day I could barely unscrew the lid to take it apart and brown water was dripping from it. I'm sending it back because it's not worth the hassle. I made 2 attempts
