US Dedicated managed my site for many years. They are knowledgeable about all aspects of web hosting, including server management tasks like scaling (which is critical to my business). Their customer support team is fantastic, always available via chat. The pricing was competitive and they were flexible with any billing issues I had. At this time, there aren't any downsides to working with them. In terms of managing our WordPress website, they have expertise that can scale up a medium sized WordPress based site fairly quickly. I like that they have great customer service! They're always quick to respond when there is an issue with my server or services provided by them (whether it be support tickets for VPSs/Dedicate servers). There are definitely better options out their but if you want dedicated resources then this may work well enough as your main provider of such things. We use these guys mainly because we trust what comes from dedicateserverguys dot com so far everything has been good - no complaints at all thusfar.
