I have bought 2 of these and am very satisfied. First, they're not metal and don't last 20 years. For a budget wearable, however, they outperform the big brands in a number of ways: the mode switch works very well, the spray shape is excellent, and the water pressure is amazing. The water pressure in my house ranges from good to bad and these are the only good working heads I've found that work well in these conditions. It would be nice if the ball head mount was made better, but if you are careful during assembly (hand tight only!) and use lots of teflon tape on all threads, it's amazing value for money. I bought 1 chrome baby bath and 1 brushed nickel bottom bath. highlighted.
