The design of the dehydrator is impressive. It fits perfectly on my kitchen table. I love that with 8 shelves it has enough space to dry lots of nuts etc. It does its job perfectly and the nuts taste so much better than my previous dehydrator. Management is very quick and easy. Although I wish they were in Fahrenheit and not Celsius. They probably sell a lot in Europe. Also, NO plastic is much healthier. The light that I can turn on or off to see progress is a nice added bonus.
