When they were first worn they looked strange. The shape is a bit too defined. I stood in front of the restaurant and walked up the stairs that I had climbed literally dozens of times. The boots slipped down my foot causing me to trip and fall onto the iron railing, hitting my head and terribly embarrassing. I wear Sketcher regularly and have never experienced this with their products.
