Four years ago we bought our dream home with beautiful tile floors in the kitchen and living room. It looked beautiful but a few weeks after we took over the house I realized how dirty it was no matter how many times I washed the floor. I've tried every cleaner available, tried limescale removers to remove dirt, and tried pressure steamers. Nothing will ever make it look clean. Despite everything, he always looked dirty. Til today! I came across this product while looking for a different cleaner for my terribly dirty floor and although it didn't have any acid in it, the reviews convinced me and I decided to give it a try. Water in a bucket, 20 ounces of solution and wiped the floor liberally. Leave for 5 minutes. Then came the mop, because dirt that wouldn't go away for four years was going to be hard to get rid of. And I'm *stunned* to see the dirt being wiped away like a sponge. My husband came into the kitchen while I was cleaning and exclaimed it looked like a TV commercial. The difference was amazing. I mean - stunning. The dirt was so ingrained that I think I need a bigger brush and maybe one more round before my floor looks brand new again. But that's more because I ran out of energy than a lack of product. I feel like I should write a love letter to Black Diamond. Cannot recommend this product enough.
