Right out of the box there was an issue with the LED strip not lighting up. The barrel connector is soldered directly through the pigtail to the LED strip and had a short circuit. If I had kinked the power cord, it would have caught fire. I contacted the seller and they offered to return it to Revain but there was another way. There is a spare pigtail in the box for clamping the LED strip. The clamping mechanism didn't work either, but I cut it off and cut off the barrel connector already attached to the LED, then soldered another barrel connector and all is good. Strip into an empty paint can I bought at Lowes for $5. The jury doesn't know if the band is strong enough to do the job. I also glued a round mirror to the bottom.
