I'm not sure if other buyers have the same problem. Mine turns off and on automatically. I have requested a replacement. I hope my item was only defective and it is a good device. I trust the good reviews and I need the mp3 so I'll try again. Also, I can connect to my Bluetooth, but after pairing and unpairing, Bluetooth won't turn back on. I have to restore Bluetooth again to reconnect. According to the seller, the item was damaged upon delivery. In general, the sound quality is good, the recorder is not very good. It picks up very little noise, not the best but I think the best MP3 available? I expected a lot more from this device based on the reviews here. As long as I have a device that doesn't suddenly turn off and on again, I think I'll be happy. Update: The device has ALL problems. it's not worth it. Better to buy an SD card and a cheap mobile phone and use it as an MP3 player. I would never buy this item. I believe that many good reviews are fake.
