Bad bluetooth, bad interface

Bluetooth 5.0 went from unstable to dead. It will never connect again once turned off. It was always charging onto the speaker, which was pathetic and could only be used from 2ft away. I had to re-pair every time. And then the Bluetooth died completely. It said it was connected but the headphones never acknowledged it and made no sound. The Enacfire E18 Plus headphones I bought with them work great with my Google Android phone. And the display is too narrow to see MP3 filenames. It highlights…

I bought this mainly for an emergency FM radio that works without electricity or internet in my house and I can charge it from my car. Defective item suitable for portable audio and video
