I originally gave this player 5 stars but after (trying to) use it I had to give it a lower rating. It's not often that I change a product rating, this one will be an exception. I bought it to listen to music while exercising. There's nothing more frustrating than worrying about your music player! It connects and disconnects with my Bluetooth headphones. Sometimes he would play one or more songs if he was lucky. I created playlist folders and added my music from iTunes. From the three folders I created, I could see the songs in the playlist, but sometimes the player wouldn't play the selected playlist, and sometimes it would select a song and repeat that song. Another complaint I have is why the player shows some empty files in its music menu but doesn't give you access when connected to a computer? Trying to find a better instruction manual online was pointless. Conclusion: If you are looking for a bright touchscreen for gaming, calculator and watching videos (?), then this player is for you. If you're looking for a music player with good battery life, look elsewhere. Btw, I ordered another MP3 player (non-touchscreen) for about the same price, which downloaded all my music and played it in the order I chose. A flawless process.
