My elderly mother uses two dressers at home and the plastic seats were hard on her skin and always cold. I've been looking for something like this for a long time so I decided to give it a try and was really happy with how easy they are to install and she loves them! I've read about cleaning issues, I can see where the tube is, so I think it will be ok. Haven't had to wash them yet so the jury is still out but based on what I've experienced I'm very happy with the purchase. Even if they don't wash well I think it's still a good option for us at this price point. UPDATE: I've washed them twice already and they clean up easily and look great. The trick is to pull the tube out, there doesn't seem to be a hole, but if you feel like you can walk around the liner, find the spot where the tube separates and you can easily pop it out of the material draw . It takes some patience to get it back in, but it seems that if you slide the end of the hose into the liner area, it will eventually go in and then all you have to do is step on it. It's not bad at all.
