It was very easy for me as I am not an expert at speaking English but they explained everything that needed explaining so well! They were really friendly too which made it easier when communicating with them over email or through their app (which you can use if you are offline). You cannot always count on getting what needs doing done during working hours especially since there's no set schedule unlike other companies where one knows exactly how long things will take. Also, sometimes the customer support isn't all that helpful even though they say otherwise. We hired this service because our office had been using another translation agency previously who didn't work out after some time hence why we decided to try someone else instead.
