This teeth whitening device helped improve my teeth in the first week. It's very easy to use, but I have to admit it was a little awkward for me. However, you only use it for a few minutes per session. It has a built-in timer so you don't have to check your watch (or ask Alexa to keep track of the time). Basically, you simply 1. apply the whitening gel to your teeth. 2. Insert the mouthpiece. Press once, use blue light for 15 minutes. or press twice to use blue-red light for 10 minutes. 3. Remove and brush your teeth as usual. The directions say you can use this 2 times a day to speed healing. It seems to work within reason and is much cheaper than a visit to the dentist.
