Missing RGB controller board, misaligned PSU bracket

Overall not bad, here are the perfectionist points: - The case PSU bracket does not fit a standard ATX PSU, may not bend. I was using a Corsair 650W PSU and it bent the bracket due to poor design. The PSU bracket is also misaligned, causing the screws in those areas to move and strip. This case is designed for vertical placement, and installing the power supply is an immediate thorn in your side. - The RGB controller was not installed in the correct place in the case. I figured it was just a bracket to put a hard drive in if you wanted to. There was no RGB controller board anywhere in the case. It's odd that this is a selling point of the case and isn't even included. I'm not sure if this is a new thing they're skimping on or if it's a coincidence. In any case, I did not receive the complete product. And RGB is so proprietary that most boards don't support it. - Management absolutely stinks. I'm not going to send this back and go through a bunch of stuff about an RGB board and a bent PSU bracket in the middle of a pandemic when I should just be thankful I have something. When it comes to product quality, this is a matter of course today. I just don't. It works as built. It's still a shame to pay such a premium and receive an unfinished product.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
