This is a really great apartment and my two cats love it and it really should be 5 stars except for one feature. I had a serious problem with certain odd design decisions. I decided not to place the bottom hammock. Is it because the lower condo is bolted on with a thumb screw? It sticks out behind the "butterfly" at the bottom, and I was concerned that if the cat decided to sleep in this hammock, it would hurt itself on the screw. the belt broke. I ended up putting some extra weight on that empty area at the bottom and it works great even after my larger cat (10-14lbs) jumped in.
