Good monitors can get expensive, so expensive you might wonder if it's worth paying for an upgrade unless you're gaming or using your monitor for TV/movies. This 24-inch Acer monitor strikes a good balance between performance and price. Firstly, with a good size viewing area, this is adequate for any desk or workspace and also ideal for small apartments, bedrooms, dorms, etc. Nice viewing area with a nice clean picture. Movies look great, colors are rich and blacks are nice and dark. I've had good performance in games: easy setup, no motion blur (unless it's a game), etc. Oh, and no glare. lighted rooms or tables near the window. It has multiple USB 3.0 ports that can be used as a USB hub, which is a nice bonus. I found the connections fast and reliable. Also helps get rid of desk clutter and keeps my tech a little more organized. Due to the wafer-thin frame, the monitor appears larger than it actually is. Nice design. And installation was easy. Even beginners shouldn't have any problems. My experience with Acer over the years has been mixed, but it's been a good experience. Very good monitor at a great price. highlighted.
