Very weak with 25 watt E12 Edison bulb. I've ordered a 6W E12 LED for it and it's still not bright enough, just ordered a 15W E12 LED and we'll see if that fixes the problem. I had to use washers to route the mounting nuts otherwise they would bend when mounted to the wall. I had to bend the bracket that holds the bulb to install a larger LED. I see a dark spot so I cut it open and bend it a little more. Now it's much brighter with this 12 watt e12 LED at 6000 Kelvin. I've posted photos of the bulbs I tried, the one that came with the kit, the 6w led and finally the 12w led. After my wife used it for about a week, I realized that the large LED bulb could be a problem. The mirror revolves around the lightbulb, not the lightbulb with it. So I had to bend the bracket holding the lamp even further to get the largest LED lamp to work. I would suggest going with a smaller LED and saving yourself the hassle. Just order something with a color temperature of 5000-6000K. =1
