Paid new, got used.
Bought two pairs for my twin girls. One pair came in the original box and the second pair came in a huge shoe box with tissue paper (not in the original box). The second pair of boots was already double knotted and despite previous owners attempts to clean it, there was dirt underneath. Apparently the second pair of boots was put on and returned. I paid full price for used boots.
