Broken on the Autobahn

The metal plate that attaches the roof rack to the roof rack broke while driving down the Autobahn at 100 km/h on a windless day. I want to request a refund but I can't contact anyone. I've only had them for a few months and I'm VERY disappointed. Do not buy if you value your boat and/or safety on the road.****UPDATE**** Even though Revain's refund period for this product has passed, I was able to (several) deal with the shipping company with no problems Contact them and they sent me a shipping label and made it easy to get a full refund. Adjusted from 1 star to 2 because of customer service. Leaving such a low rating because a malfunction has caused a dangerous, potentially life-threatening situation on the track is simply not acceptable.
