After placing the order I received correspondence from the seller who wanted me to check and double check the chest size so that they would be sure to get everything just right. They got everything just right and arrived earlier then expected. In general I have had very few returns because of product not working or unsatisfactory in some way not because I'm picky but because they are faulty. This is a keeper and I'm one happy customer.
