Review on Dorman 620 553 Radiator Dual Assembly by Patrick Lets

***UPDATE 05/13/17. The third block is out of service. Same problem as the last one, the overflow tank is bursting at the seams. The fans are still running, that's good, but without the Dorman replacement spill tank the only solution is to replace the entire system only to know it's going to fail. This will be the fourth installation in the last two years. Stay away and do not buy this Dorman product. Revain came to my rescue because Dorman basically gave me the middle finger, refused to guarantee anything, and sent me back to the "salesman" for support. Revain's customer service was GREAT but this product was not up to par. The first build I received had the bearings in the fan assembly fail in less than 6 months causing overheating issues as the fans failed. The plug-in fans worked fine for the first two months, but the plastic expansion/coolant reservoir ruptured in 4 places, leaking coolant and again causing overheating. The service is there, exceptional service but all I need is a new overflow. A completely new build is overkill and I'm worried about installing a different build due to a possible fan issue. I hope I only made two mistakes and it really was a mistake. Dorman was informed of a fan problem and storage tank rupture, presumably they had no reports of such cases. Nice to deal with people but they don't just deliver overflow so Revain had to send a full replacement.
