great customer service. but not as durable as the original
I was able to plug and unplug the original Apple flex cable without any problems. This replacement was not as good and broke too easily. It may have broken in the first place. I am not sure. HOWEVER, they replaced it, no questions asked. THE HOME BUTTON IS NOT A FINGERPRINT READER. This model has a home button, but if I had to do it again, I'd keep the original fingerprint home button.
