I would give 5 stars if it was easier to set up. I got this for my work laptop and had to contact the IT department. take over and set up my account remotely as I don't have admin rights. It took them 2 hours over 2 days to figure it out. However, the instructions seemed very simple, so it's entirely possible that the IT staff got it wrong. I have a friend who has one and she set it up herself in minutes. Anyway, now that it's a good work life. It looks gray, is very easy to use, and floats without having to switch screens to edit multiple documents. Since the pandemic hit, I've been working from home at the dining table in a small apartment, so I didn't need a full screen that I had to unplug and find storage space every night. We can use the table for dinner. Now I just slide the screen back, close my laptop and that's it.
