The kit includes all cables and mechanical hardware to install a 2.5" SSD in a 3.5". -Hard drive bracket in my Dell desktop PC. Depending on the power cord of your internal PC power supply, two types of SSD power cables are provided. Two SATA data cables were included but I ended up using the original SATA cable which was internal to the Dell PC since I cloned my system drive (C:) on the desktop and replaced it with a new SSD drive. The mounting holes for the 2.5" SSD and the 3.5" tray were perfectly matched. My only complaint was that the spacing between the mounting holes on the sides of the SSD carrier tray used to install the tray into the PC hard drive bracket did not match the support brackets that Dell used to mount the original hard drive I was replacing , had provided . . I was only able to attach the new mounting tray to the Dell mounts using two of the three mounting holes. I'm not sure, but if you attached the carrier tray directly to the hard drive cage (without using the mounting rails), there might not be a problem. Everything worked as expected except for the issue with mounting it on the rails. Very good value for money with all cables, routes and mounting screws included. I will be using the leftover hardware to replace the old hard drive on my wife's desktop with a new 2.5" SSD. I need to buy another SATA power cable because the extra power cable doesn't fit the Dell PC power cable.
