I like that it is easy to use as well as customize your own solutions with their customer support team! It can be very confusing at times when you are trying to figure out how everything works but they have great tutorials so its not too difficult once figured things out. The cost of adding new modules or customizing existing ones will make this more expensive than other similar products in our space (such as Amadeus). We currently only utilize about 30% of what we could do using all features available through TRAVEL GENIE. Our biggest problem has been getting people trained up quickly enough to get them familiarized w/the product before going live. This allows us time to train others who come after without having problems down-stream from training issues due to poor understanding initially.
