Great healer.
These pads are impregnated with a drug that is released when wound moisture penetrates. The specialist nurse told me to spray flutucasone propionate (flonase) on him and then apply it to the wound as it is a steroid that aids healing which worked like a miracle and healed a horrible wound. I highly recommend PolyMem.
