Oh my god. I should have written a review a few months ago! I was so excited when I received this cooling pad. It fits my 17" laptop perfectly and I'm looking forward to getting it ready to go. In the first few weeks I probably used the laptop for about 8 hours - 2 hours here, 1 or 2 hours there and so on. Then all of a sudden the middle fan (the biggest of the 5 fans) started making noise while running. You know what kind of noise signalizes that the fan is failing! It's been about two months since purchase but hardly used. Well the noise has been getting worse and worse so i ended up unscrewing the block unplugged the fan and just used 4 small ones good it worked for a while but now the usb connector/electronics are broken and the unit won't even turn on or if it turns on it randomly turns off and on again. So I just went online to buy another brand and found I had never written a review. So here's my review. My review ng is easy. The largest POS on the market. Avoid him like the plague. Personally, I will never buy an Optimo product again. Optimo? HA! More like Craptimo! Trust me I rarely write bad reviews. This device is pure junk.
