This is 100% a sunshirt

I would wear this maybe on a long run, early morning during spring / fall.I wore it on a walk in the middle of the day (it was in the 60s) with a pair of leggings and I was very cold.Length is nice, fit as expected. Quality seems very good as well. Reasonably priced for the product!
