I don't understand how this camera got a 5 star rating. That's a terrible camera! It turns off regularly and the only way to wake it up is to walk up to the device and walk across its field of view. I'm definitely not going to do it at 2am. When it is offline, you cannot view captured images or watch them live on the app. I have a second camera, but a different model from this manufacturer that works perfectly. This model is a real scam. I do NOT recommend this product. UPDATE 2/18/2021 The seller has contacted me and is working to resolve the issue. They offered to return or replace the camera. I will get a replacement and it will fix issues with my existing camera which goes to sleep and refuses to wake up. Update 2/20/21 Customer service was excellent! They replaced the camera for free. Arrived today, set up. Let's see if the problems on this device are fixed. If so, I give 5 stars! Update 3-1-21 Customer support has been excellent. They sent a second camera for free. These cameras seem very sensitive to the many Wi-Fi router systems in close proximity to the camera. As soon as I moved the camera further into the yard it worked as advertised. However, the first one I ordered still doesn't work properly, so I consider it a bad camera. As I said, the customer support was excellent. Now to their DVR for my car.
