First look at power strips and surge protectors

This is an expensive power strip. After reading reviews about Belkin, I settled on the more expensive Leviton brand. Leviton is a name that I think is appropriate for higher-end electronic products, even at a home camp. I used to buy Belkin from a home store and used it with no problems. What I didn't like about the Belkin was its thin body for the angled fork. I liked the more massive Leviton body for the angled fork. I liked the sturdy case and the position of the plugs. The first plugin took power, but then smoothly. Never had surge damage but I hope Leviton lives up to its name.
