The power switch is on the back of the monitor! (Updated workaround)
Bought to upgrade from a 24" Dell and also because I was tired of pressing the 'touch' power button on the Dell to turn it on and off. But this Samsung has more than just a "joystick" power button on the back - to turn it off, you have to press it, press the joystick, and press it again! What happened to the simple on/off button in the front corner? Keep a solid black JPG on your desktop. Before going to bed: open jpg, full screen, done. So it's almost completely dark until it sleeps/turns off after 10 minutes and I never have to use the power button.

- I bought it for my grandson to build his own computer for gaming. He is very satisfied.
- Color balancing: If the colors on the display are not precisely calibrated, the display can appear washed out or too bright.
