No connection to external monitor
I have this to connect my new Dell Inspiron laptop (windows 7) to a Dell monitor and the USB ports for my printer, my keyboard and use my mouse. The USB ports work fine, but no matter what I did, I couldn't connect a monitor. I contacted tech support and they told me to reinstall the driver which I tried 3 times but still nothing. I am returning and will receive a different product.
