I like that it is very user friendly, easy to use and understand. It has all the features you need to perform your business needs. Sometimes it is slow when loading large files. The program is good but could be better. There are some things that could be improved. But overall, it is a great product. We have used this software for our insurance business for many years now and we have no complaints. This software has helped us with analyzing risks and making sure we are taking care of them in a timely manner.
