Not a very good value. The plastic gear broke with the first cream. Not for 5 pounds of dough

I bought this after MUCH in-depth research - or thought it was deep. The car is REALLY BEAUTIFUL - pleasant to the touch and pleasing to the eye. Unfortunately, it doesn't do the main job I bought it for very well. He doesn't make a 5 pound sack of flour dough for bread without spilling it and getting his hand on the dough. I tried both reel and hook. It almost works with a combination of both. At this point I can only do it manually. I would keep it EXCEPT even with this low power. Wait. I used it to make buttercream frosting. I used a thin plastic bowl, plastic equipment and bat. to wait for him. the oil was at room temperature. AND ALSO. MECHANISMS REMOVED! Yes, little bits of plastic in my 2 pounds of butter. So I decided to return it. Luckily I still had a return period and put it in the box. BUT GET IT - I wasn't matriculated! I returned it to the same UPS store with a different item - the other item was credited. BUT NOT THAT. So I don't have $700 doll hair AND a mediocre blender. NOT COOL. Btw, I finished the buttercream with a $19 Walmart hand mixer - awesome, just awesome. As far as it goes the Ninja is better than the Vitamix and easier to clean up but you haven't heard of that from me who bought one for me and 2 others as gifts. DO NOT BELIEVE THE ADVERTISEMENT. I will buy Avantco or Globe
