This winter hat is perfect for my almost 2 year old son. It's so smooth on the inside and the quality of the hat is really great. When you take it out of the packaging, it doesn't smell. The only thing is that it cannot be washed in the washing machine. This will destroy the visor. I hand washed it, put it in a bowl of detergent and let it sit for a few hours. After drying on a hanger, the hat looked the same as before. What I really like and what I think is the most important thing about a hat is that it covers the ears and does that perfectly. I highly recommend this hat. I love it.
