The USB input is not soldered to the mainboard, so it pops up and just rattles there.

It is absolutely adorable and my son loved it. For ten minutes. Then we tried to connect it. The slightest effort to plug it in and the input jack popped right out of the little motherboard. I opened up the device to make sure the input was installed on the board with small clamp-like pins and nothing else. Sent it back and they replaced it. Same question. Now you can only see the hole inside where the motherboard sits. Easily detachable by soldering the input to the motherboard.
