The best thing about this provider is that they are very professional, reliable (customer support), fast response time for any issues you might have with their services or billing system as well! I am not sure what else there was but if it's just my experience of dealing w/2connect then its great because we've never had problems nor do i even think twice when making calls through them anymore!! Great customer care.

Honestly nothing really bad at all so far from me being an account holder here haha!! They take your credit card info before signing up which makes things easier than having someone manually enter everything into our accounts every month via paper statements etc...
