The support for SSL termination was very helpful in solving our performance issues with traffic to several web sites at once. It also helped us secure all of our internal server assets without having someone install or configure it ourselves (we can do that now). We did run into some minor hiccups early in product development, but were able to work through them quickly. I wish they could have supported more protocols/protocols faster than HTTP. And we would love if there wasn't so much latency across devices when streaming video content - even though a fast connection is not always available. For those looking to provide site acceleration or load balancing using an appliance option, this should be considered one of your options - as you will be securing client side application connections and providing a robust experience no matter where users are coming from. Using AIscaler helps ensure applications and data are protected while ensuring consistent performance throughout the application and network infrastructure throughout the business. Our website experiences improved because of better customer service and overall user experience. I have worked with aiScale for the past 3 years now and it has been a great experience. It is very reliable and works like a charm. The support team is also really good and helpful. Sometimes the UI could be improved, but overall I am satisfied. So far everything has been working fine. A little bit expensive compared to other providers. But this can be overlooked. We use AIscale as our load balancer and we are able to deploy multiple websites in one machine without any performance issues.
