At first, I was really excited about my phone case but I’ve heard that ebay has been making a lot of mistakes and sends people products or packages that have been already opened or checked, so when I first got my package, it was already opened, it was missing the two screen protectors and an installation kit for that screen protector. The ebay packaging was in perfect condition, it was the product that was damaged meaning that this was ebays mistake.I contacted the seller and they got back to me within a day and then send me a brand new product the very next day and I feel like I got my money it’s worth, the case is super soft and it matches with my phone very well. The price was very convenient and it arrived very fast. It fits like a glove and it looks really nice. It has a nice protection around the camera. The customer service representative was very nice and very helpful. Although ebay did me wrong, the seller made up for that mistake and I am very grateful.
