I am an artist and I buy a lot of French staples for my wall art. So I was excited to try this. I like (mostly). I say mainly because in many ways they are typical French boots. Robust, well made, light. My doubts relate to the fasteners. The scope of delivery includes so-called universal brackets for various wall brackets. Hm. I'm not sure. I know there are probably people with more knowledge than me, but I'm hesitant to use an all-purpose picture screw or other wall decoration that can weigh 50 or 75 pounds. I get the charm - using the Hobbit analogy: one screw to power them all. But I'd rather have the mounting screw specific to the wall it's attached to. I only noticed this when another user mentioned it. But I have actually used these boots on an artwork that I am selling. However, I left out the included screws in favor of drywall anchors, which I figured would suit most of my clients better.
