Surprisingly good picture and brightness for the price

If you approach this projector with modest expectations, you can be sure that you will be satisfied. The projector is lightweight and fairly compact, with a simple lens cover and adjustable stand. It also includes some pretty silly and mostly functional foam "feet" that let you stand it on its side or on its edge. I've tried using them to point them at the ceiling and it works, but if you need to interact with the projector at all they fold and roll up easily. The user interface is fairly basic, although not the most responsive. I found an update available and it seems to have improved responsiveness by reducing the half-second delay when pressing a key by at least half in most cases. The lens cap might also have a better design as it doesn't fit over the extended lens. You need to refocus the lens at a distance to put the cap on when projecting an image onto a close surface. I would also describe the supplied remote control as simple but functional. It took me a few minutes to try different things to get it working before I found a way to connect my Android phone to it wirelessly. I ended up using the "Google Home" option and was then able to connect to it as if it were a Chromecast device. The instructions could be clearer, maybe that's intentional, but it's not what the instructions say. Other options require you to provide your own cables. Including cables would be nice, but omitting them is understandable as it helps keep costs down.
