I bought this bracelet because I work in hospitality and can't wear anything on my wrist, but it's important to track your steps daily to lose weight. I didn't use it on my shoulder but on my ankle. It's super convenient, so much so that I usually forget it's on until I get a notification from my Fitbit. I walk about 12 miles a day in the kitchen and it has never fallen off or wobbled. The clips fit my Fitbit just like a real Fitbit strap. I've bought it twice but only because I needed a smaller strap for my ankle after losing 100lbs. I wish it was small so I can get another if the midrange gets too big. All in all you won't be disappointed!
