Review on 👓 Luxe Performance Cable Strap Prescription: Elevate Your Eyewear Experience! by Emily Morgan

This review is for the product sold by Cutting Edge Enterprise only and NOT the Luxe Performance brand. I bought the original bracelet for my son a month ago and we love it. Unfortunately we lost it in the car and had to buy a replacement. After going to my orders and clicking buy again, the replacement we received was not the same as the original. First it came in a plain plastic bag, while the first came in a pouch with a Luxe branded cardboard logo. Second, the new ones don't have logos on the sliders. The originals have the brand logo in white on the sliders. Finally, and most importantly for us, the product does not adjust to the smallest 9 inch size as stated in the product description. My son is 13 years old and wears glasses when playing sports. The original version fitted snugly around the back of his head. They measure just 11 inches in their smallest position, so they hang freely from his head. Since the strap that was too loose was the biggest problem, we ordered a third strap and reported the replacement as defective. Lo and behold, the third strap arrived in identical condition and under the same circumstances. I spoke to Revane to inform you that this seller is shipping a counterfeit product. I also contacted Luxe Performance on Facebook and explained the problem. Now they are aware of it. The biggest hurdle is that the seller on the list for all three purchases was Luxe Performance. But once the order was placed and shipped, the Seller ID on the invoice changed to Cutting Edge Enterprise. One final note: the original strap miraculously reappeared in my husband's outfit. Car and I have included a picture so you can see the difference between the original branded band and the band I have reordered twice. I hope this issue gets resolved soon because it was very frustrating!
