When we bought the Smart TV, I thought: Wow, 4 HDMI ports, how do I use them? Now I wonder why there aren't more! LOL :-) So that led me to add an HDMI switch and the need for short HDMI cables and hence this product. Here's what I found when I received these cables: 1. These are some of the thickest cables I've ever used! I think to meet the new standards there are thicker cables or more to give you the full range and features. Regardless, these are some of the easiest cables to manage. They easily switched short cables from devices to HDMI without complaint and were stiff enough not to kink. 2. My ROKU supports 4K streaming and it worked flawlessly with these cables! EXCELLENT PICTURE! Too bad there is no more content in 4K! 3. This wire color allows them to be quickly identified when looking into a dark room behind all the devices. 4. Cable management very well done! The cables are NOT rigid, the connectors feel solid and work exactly as they should with a good fit. I am very happy with these cables and would highly recommend them if you need short HDMI cables!
